| pt_BR |

| dc.description.abstractOther | To evaluate the establishment of the exotic arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMFs) Gigaspora margarita and Glomus clarum in different plants and its effects on the population of indigenous AMFs (Acaulospora rugosa, Entrophospora colombiana, G. margarita and Glomus macrocarpum), three experiments were installed in a greenhouse, in an experimental randomized block design in phatorial arrangement of 10 plants x 3 inoculum sources. The plants were: 3 grasses (Brachiaria decumbens, Pennisetum glaucum and Sorghum bicolor) and 7 legumes (Crotalaria juncea, Mucuna pruriens, Arachis pintoi, Desmodium ovalifolium, Stylosanthes guianensis, Pueraria phaseoloides and Neonotonia wightii). The sources of inoculum of AMFs were: (Non inoculated; 100g of soil inoculum with G. margarita and 100g of soil inoculum with G. clarum). A sample of Red Podzolic erosived soil, non disinfected and fertilized with rock phosphate (5.5 g/kg of sample) was used. The grasses received the equivalent to 80 kg/ha of nitrogen and stains of specific rhizobia were inoculated on the legume seeds. The first experiment evaluated the establishment of the G. margarita and G. clarum and its effects on indigenous AMFs, by estimating the colonization of the roots, number of spores found in the rhizosphere, nutrition and development of the host plants after 100 days of cultivation. Soil material of this experiment was collected to set up the second and the third experiments. The second experiment, a bioessay, to evaluate the infectivity of exotic and indigenous AMFs, was composed of two stages, using the S. bicolor as indicative plant. At stage I, S. bicolor was germinated and grown on the soil material of the first experiment being weekly transplanted at ages 7, xiv 14, 21, 28, 35 and 42 days after emergence (DAE); at stage II, S. bicolor was transplanted to pots with sterilized soil material, where the plants were grown until grain yield, when samples for identification of the AMFs species were collected and the infectivity evaluation of AMFs was based on presence or absence of spores. In the third experiment, the effectiveness of exotic and indigenous AMFs was evaluated for Leucaena leucocephala, by measuring the height and the diameter of the stem at 90 and 120 DAE. Under inoculation with G. margarita, the number of spores of this species on the rhizosphere of S. bicolor was superior to the one found on the rhizospheres of the legumes, except for the M. pruriens and S. guianensis. The smallest number of spores of indigenous G. margarita was observed under inoculation with G. clarum associated to B. decumbens and P. glaucum. G. clarum presented larger number of spores when associated to P. glaucum, S. bicolor and M. pruriens. The number of spores of the A. rugosa increased with the introduction of the exotic AMFs on P. glaucum, while C. juncea and N. wightii only promoted such increases when they were inoculated with G. clarum. However, the A. pintoi and the P. phaseoloides reduced the number of spores of this species of fungi. The E. colombiana had the largest number of spores under the treatment with G. margarita cultivated with S. bicolor. The largest number of spores of G. macrocarpum was observed for the grasses inoculated with G. margarita; the same happened to the treatments with G. clarum on the rhizospheres of the P. phaseoloides and N. wightii. | en |
