Bee pollination is a critical ecosystem service for agriculture, with potential direct impacts on productivity and fruit quality in Conilon coffee (Coffea canephora). This study evaluated bee communities and pollination effects in coffee plantations adjacent to Cabruca cacao agroforestry systems and conventional pastures surrounding the Serra Bonita Reserve (Camacan, BA, Brazil). We compared two conventionally managed coffee cultivation areas - one bordering Cabruca and another adjacent to conventional pasture. The methodology included bee sampling using pantraps along 800 m transects, coupled with a pollinator exclusion experiment on coffee branches, analyzing production parameters (fruit number, dry weight, and bean yield). Data were analyzed using NMDS ordination, PERMANOVA, and ANOVA. A total of 76 specimens were collected, representing 20 morphotypes from nine tribes and two families. Greater abundance (68% of individuals) and richness occurred in the Cabruca- adjacent coffee area, dominated by Apis mellifera, Trigona spinipes, and Augochlora sp. - the latter two associated with forest habitats. Community dissimilarity was influenced by specialist species (Ancyloscelis apiformis and Euglossa sp.) linked to Cabruca vegetation. The exclusion bioassay revealed no effect on bean number, but exposed branches showed 25,5% higher yield near Cabruca (p= 0.0179) compared to pollinator-excluded branches, demonstrating that pollinator functional diversity enhances bean quality. We conclude that Cabruca systems serve as biodiversity reservoirs for bees, enhancing pollination services and Conilon coffee resilience under adverse climatic conditions in Southern Bahia. Agroforestry integration represents a sustainable strategy to reconcile agricultural production and environmental conservation. Based on these findings, we recommend future research on pollination effects on coffee bean qualitative characteristics under different hydrological regimesen
