dc.description.abstractEste trabalho teve como objetivos levantar e discutir a legislação de fauna do Brasil, Lei 5.197/67, o projeto de lei em tramitação no Congresso Nacional, que propõe uma política nacional de fauna, PL 3948/04, e de forma sintética os principais pontos sobre política de fauna silvestre da Amazônia, discutidos no Seminário realizado em Brasília em 2006. Fez-se um levantamento na internet dos principais atos legais que tratam de legislação de fauna no Brasil, em especial a Lei 5.197/67, Lei de Proteção a Fauna; Leis 7.653/88, 7.679/88 e 9.985/00, que alteram dispositivos daquela; e Lei 9.605/98, no seu capítulo V (Dos crimes contra o meio ambiente), seção I, que trata dos crimes contra a fauna. Buscou-se na internet o Projeto de Lei nº 3.948/04, proposto pelo deputado Hamilton Nobre Casara, que dispõe sobre a política nacional de fauna. Pesquisou-se também o relatóriodo Seminário Política de Fauna Silvestre da Amazônia promovido em 2006 em Brasília pelo MMA/SDS/SPRN. As principais conclusões do estudo foram: apesar de consolidada, a legislação de fauna no Brasil, carece de ajustes de modo a permitir o manejo da fauna silvestre; o projeto de lei que propõe uma política nacional de fauna tem como pontos principais o manejo in situ e ex situ, fazendas de caça, condições para sacrifício e abate de animais; além critérios para rodeio; especialistas propõem mudanças na lei 5.197/67, de modo a permitir o manejo da fauna silvestre.pt_BR

dc.description.abstractOtherThis work had like survey objectives and discussing the legislation of fauna of Brazil, Law 5.197/67, the bill in procedure in the National Congress, which proposes a national politics of fauna PL3.948/04 and in the synthetic form the principal points on politics of wild fauna of the Amazonia region, discussed in the Seminar carried out in Brasilia in 2006. The survey was done on the internet of the principal legal acts that treats legislation of fauna in Brazil in special the Law 5.197/67, Law of protection to fauna; Laws 7653/88, 7.679/88 and 9.985/00, what alter devices of that, and Law 9.605/98, in its chapter V (of the crimes against the environment) section I what treats the crimes against the fauna. Looked on the internet the bill nº 3.948/04 propose by deputy Hamilton Nobre Casara that talk about national politics of fauna. The report was investigated also in the seminar of Politics of Amazonia wild fauna promoted in 2006 in Brasiliaby MMA/SDS/SPRN. The principal conclusions of the study were: in spite of consolidated, the legislation of fauna in Brazil, it lacks for agreements of way to allow the handling of the wild fauna; the bill that proposes a national politics of fauna takes the handling as principal points in situ and ex situ, hunting farms, conditions for sacrifice and knocks down animals, over there round-up specialists propose to change in the Law 5.197/67, in way to allow the handing of the wild fauna.pt_BR
